You have 30 days from the purchase date to notify us of any defective product you may have received.
Shipping Errors and Unreceived Merchandise:
If you did not receive an item due to a shipping error on your part during the ordering process, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will re-ship the order. You will be responsible for covering the new shipping fee along with a small re-stocking fee per item. If you do not receive merchandise due to a shipping error on our part; we will replace the order at no cost to you.
